Terms & Conditions

When you book my services, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Behind the policies is a commitment from me to do the best job possible. From booking to delivery, I want your experience working with me to be positive on all accounts. If I make a mistake in any way, I will make it right.

Booking:

We may ask for your requested appointment to be adjusted based on location and timing to optimize our schedule and reduce any applicable travel fees. Please ensure the home is Photo Ready prior to arrival. Shoot time depends on package selection, so we have limited time to fulfill our duty to you. Please visit our Home Preparation Guide for assisting your clients home for us.

Travel Fee:

Please note that travel fees are assessed for areas outside of our standard service area. These fees are added to your invoice during the booking process and/or on your final invoice. Travel fees may be reduced or eliminated if multiple properties are booked within the same location. Over 25 Miles one way from Zip code 13029 will incur a Travel Fee.

Rescheduling & Cancellation Policy:

There are no fees for reschedules or cancellations unless I have already arrived at the shoot. If I have arrived at the shoot and the property is not ready, there will be a $75 fee.

Weather Policy:

There are times that appointments are booked but cannot be completed due to weather conditions. I always recommend a reschedule if it’s raining or snowing. In those circumstances, the decision to move forward shooting is left up to you. If you choose to proceed with the shoot, I will provide the best images I can. If additional outdoor images are required on another day, there will be a separate booking fee for that day.

Payment Policy:

An invoice will be delivered via email at the completion of the shoot. Accepted payments are cash, check, in-person and/or online credit card link, PayPal and Venmo. Please make checks payable to: Heidi Photography, and mail to 9492 Shady Pond Drive Brewerton, NY 13029.

Copyright Notice:

All images produced for an agent or broker may be used by that agent for any and all marketing materials and campaigns associated with the property, and for the agent’s self-promotion. The photos may also be used by the agent’s parent company for the sole purpose of marketing the specific property photographed. Please note, however, all the images are owned and copyrighted by the photographer, and licensed granted only to the agent and the agent’s parent company and not to any third parties. You may not transfer or sell any of the images. Any usage of the images by a third party, including but not limited to architects, builders, stagers, designers, sellers, or buyers, is strictly prohibited unless approved and licensed in writing by the photographer.
