In May of 2003 I travled to Cuba with a photographic workshop based out of Appalachian State University. This was my first trip focused on photography since graduating from college in 1999. I hoped to rekindle my excitement about making photographs while experiencing a country very different from my own. I think the trip was extremely successful and I was very happy with my results.
